No. The engine is 44 hand-written hook formulas and a deterministic scoring function. The same input always returns the same 30 hooks in the same order — no model call, no latency, no drift.
Why 30 hooks and not 300?
Because past 30 you are picking between hooks that score the same. The ranking is the product, not the volume.
What do the scores actually mean?
0–100 across four weighted dimensions. Anything at 80+ is postable as written. 62–79 usually needs one number added. Below 62 the hook is doing too much work.
