Privacy Policy

• Your email address, and a password stored as a hash by our authentication provider — we never see the password itself.
• What you generate: the topic, audience and outcome you type, any brand profiles and voice rules you save, the hooks produced, their scores, and which hooks you have already been shown so we never repeat one.
• Subscription status: your plan, whether it is active, when the period ends, and the customer ID our payment processor gives us.
• Basic technical data needed to serve the site and stop abuse, such as request logs and rate-limit counters.

We don’t collect analytics profiles for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.

To write hooks, the subject you type — plus the audience, outcome and any voice rules — is sent to a third-party AI model provider. Don’t type anything into the generator you would not want leaving our systems: no personal data about other people, no confidential business information. Generated hooks and their scores are stored on your account so your history and your no-repeat memory work.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not on our site, and we never see or store card details. We receive only a customer ID, the plan, the subscription status and the renewal date. Stripe handles that payment data under its own privacy policy.

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication only — to keep you signed in and to carry your session to the server. There are no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies. Clearing them signs you out.

Account data and your generation history are kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Delete your account and the rest goes with it.

Email hello@scoremyhook.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We remove your account, your saved generations, brand profiles, voice rules and no-repeat history. Cancel your subscription first, or say so in the email and we’ll cancel it before deleting. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
